Is rumor of Garrett being the BoyToy of Late Karl Lagerfeld true? Neff even posted a picture of him working out at Karl's house when Neff was 22, i know this means nothing but is there any truth to the rumour? I know he's straight but I've seen and heard a lot of Straight models and Struggling actors being the BoyToy of Powerful men from the glamour World.

Not sure how much of a Karl’s boy toy he could be, but Garrett’s spoken kindly and respectfully of Karl. Saying he was one of the first who believed in him when he first started modeling and even gave him a box chest of goodies.
