All the men in the compound, including the undercover main character, have to sleep with and be bred by the cult leader (they don't have a lot of say in the matter).

We also see a scene where they all strip down and have to sleep with a woman in the group.

Another scene where he ties them up naked in a storage container for episodes on end.

A lot of shower nudity from camp guards and cultists.

Some woman dragging a naked guy by a collar across the yard for some reason.

I wasn't referring to his acting. He got on a podcast about the Dracula play and he def sounded a little fruity at times just in regular conversation. I'm not making a definitive claim he is definitely closeted gay. But I do think there is a chance is he queer (to some degree). Maybe he'll speak on it one day
