That's a strange question in the sense I am not sure. I don't think so though.

99 out of 100 dreams I have make no sense what so ever. They either fall into the good/mundane or the bad and mostly I forget them within 24 hours. Very few related to sex that I can remember. Unless I am talking to someone in my dreams I seldom remember the person. A few times I have dreamed of having sex with a woman whom I couldn't even describe or relate to in real life. Sometimes I dream of partial sex with the wife, the previous wife or girlfriends but not usually to completion; because halfway through I go from sex to driving, running, walking, or something else. I also wake up a lot and go straight back to sleep.

The nearest I think I can remember to anything close was dreaming about taking a piss with another guy, and the only reason it sticks out is because it was a bad dream and we were taking turns pissing in a fighting position.
