not much tbh, if you saw the trailers and teasers that's pretty much it. The first scene is the kissing scene from the trailers with the king and the second one where he's involved in a orgy, which was pretty tame and very short (only kissing and nude extras) basically the clips from the trailer. He shows a quick glimpse of ass post-orgy but that's about it.
He's only in the first few episodes before he's removed from the plot
