They may decide to go with it being Benji's door but its opened by someone else he had over when he thought Victor dumped him. After all they would need a full season out of it.

This is what I think will happen:

Victor went to Rahim.
Rahim and Victor tried to be together.
Victor was not feeling happy or happier despite of Rahim being nice.
Benji tries to move on with some other guy. But nothing works.
Something happened that needs them to work together - like get trapped in an elevator, locked in a room, etc. force them to confront each other's feeling. They ended up sleeping together.
Realizing this, Vic break off with Rahim.
The two came back together.

Until something happened in Texas, that would require Victor's family to move back to Texas, putting Victor and Benji's relationship at risk.

Season 4.

I really don't think it will be Rahim, because then the storylines of previous seasons will repeat itself.
- first half of S1 - Victor was happy with Mia.
- second half of S1 - Victor felt that Mia is probably not the right person for him (so complications) and was more and more interested in Benji
- first half os S2 - Victor is happy with Benji
- second half of S2 - complications between Benji and Victor and Victor gets closer to Rahim

And if there's really Rahim, then
- first half of S3 - Victor is happy with Rahim
- second half os S3 - complications between Victor and Rahim and Victor looks again to Benji's way

It would be the same all around, so I think it will be Benji and they will work on their problems in the next season to prove that their love is stronger than any of it. We also saw in the finale that Benji wants to fix the relationship and there's no way that after the conversation with Felix Victor would consider Rahim to be love of his life, and what's more, just few minutes before that he considered Rahim just as his friend. The kiss could definitely develop some kind of attraction towards him, but not the everlasting love. Even after their kiss, Victor looked the way that Benji left, not Rahim's way, with sad face, which means that at that time Benji was more important for him than Rahim.

Well it can go either way. But I'm just convince that they are not going to simply dump Rahim and they are not building all these tension between Victor-Benji just to get resolve in first episode of new season. Unless, the actor playing Rahim actually don't want to reprise his role. It is just how TV works, and I've seen way too many TV series to know that the conflicts are not gonna be resolve that quickly (actually they have done that in 2nd season, where Benji and Victor kinda broke up - but I do think this is going to be a prolonged one). Unless, they decided to make them up together, but Benji have trust issues with Victor, and Victor will slip and end up cheating and going to Rahim - because that is another scenario I can see. And it won't be a pleasant route.

They were building this tension because that is normal when you are in a fresh relationship that there would be some troubles, which the couple has to talk about and try to fix them and not run away from them. Love, Victor is having all the messages for the world and I think that they also wanna show that you should not give up on your loved one just because of some obstacles, try to work it out together. Honestly, I think that the whole Rahim "romance" was there just because of that cliffhanger, which sucks because they could make them a great friends. Not every two gays need to be boyfriends, they can be friends too. And I also think that Rahim will get jealous if Victor chooses Benji and he actually spill the beans about Benji's AA, because that information is something that has to somehow come to the light in the show and because Benji and Victor wouldn't say it to other people, there's only Rahim who could do that.

I really hope they don't write Rahim off. Iove his character but I don't love the idea of him with Victor. But like, honestly right now I'm not loving the idea of Victor and Benji either.

Glad I’m not the only one who ships Victor and Felix, lol. But Benji and Felix would be cute together too.
