California has cleared the way for same sex marriages to start on June 17th. In November there will be a ballot measure to restrict these rights. If you want secure marriage rights in California (which will be recognized in New York) then get married between June 17 and November and invite everyone from your office to your wedding! :biggrin1:

The only thing that will change people's minds if they get to see how gays are more or less like everyone else.

Oh, don't forget your pre-nuptial agreements.

Even though I don't have anyone with whom I'd like to get married now, I'm so glad that I live in a state that is giving marriage licenses to people like me to marry people like me. This is equality. This is freedom.
