Hi all - yep a newbie - but have been toying with pumps for about 6 months now and getting great results - started at just below 6" now at 6.7" without being pumped - also had good girth increase from about 5" to 6" - knob also has increased nicely.
I have tried 4 different pumps - currently happy with 2, a 1.85" chinese job but its a little small and I need to get a longer 1 as I am nearly touching the end of it under vacumn. I also have a 5kg weight gaffa taped to the cylinder so use the pump/hanging combo which has really started to stretch me. Added the weight ~1 mth ago - have gained 1/2" in that time. I use 2 pumps - a narrow 1.85" with the 5kgs attached for 25mins daily - then use a bigger ~2.1" H/Up pump for 15mins straight after the small 1 to fatten up

I don't do any jelks - figure the weight just as good at stretching.
Thinking about getting a extender device as well - any thoughts on those along with pump/hanging technique?
Would love to hear from anyone else using the pump+hanging trick - it really seems to be working at long last and I want to know how much weight is safe to hang - I do about 100 push-downs on the pump/weights every night - guess I double the 5kg stress as I push down on it.
So please reply with any suggestions on how much weight to use and how long to hang for. I usually hang that 5 kgs for about 25mins - gets uncomfortable after about 15 - go fo extra time as I figure no pain - no gain.
