i saw a documentary about this some years ago where they used fat sucked out of one part of the body to inject into the penis. They all looked awful as trying to get the fat 'spread' evenly over the cock was difficult, and worse the fat moved so they showed guys with odd looking lumps on their cocks.

for me any kind of surgery on my dick would fill me with horror unless it was absolutely necessary - just 'ouch' comes to mind!
