Also 8 inch length is that considered large?

just to clarify. if you take a sheet of standard printer paper, and roll it into a tube, the long way. . . that has an 8.5 inch girth. again, to clarify. it is quite unlikely that any human, in a natural erect condition, has an 8, 8.5 or 9 inch girth. that would truly be the same size as a horse cock, and, with due respect to the photos etc. that appear on this site, i would say impossible.
