Not painful at all, and believe me the needle was f*** scary big. There was a little bit of pain but it lasted for 3 seconds Really nothing more than having a pimple squeezed out lol. Sometimes that hurts more hahaha. And the feeling is awesome ! Having inside stimulation of the penis it's like discovering a new world.
