After this latest tirade of crap, makes me even wonder if it is worth trying again, as I don't feel things have changed much since I was last on staff (Certainly not for the better), nor do I think the current management will accept any change, no matter how well placed, but I will say not everyone on the management team is bad, it's just the minority are over shadowing the few who do want to make the time and effort for this place.

As the saying goes..... once bitten, twice as shy!
