There's no correlation between someones height and dick size. I don't know where people get this notion that just because someone is super tall that they're automatically going to have a huge dick. An average sized dick is obviously going to look smaller on someone who's taller and bulkier than average. Just like an above average dick looks massive on someone who's skinnier and shorter
