100% I mean grant shirtless is tempting for me to at least watch the last season after quiting like season 4 or so..Maybe not the fastest man alive..but could be one of the hottest at least for me

Honestly for the flash it really makes a lot more sense if he just wears a thong/jockstrap underneath, boxers must be clunky to fit under a tight suit
