Gym Grind

Already looking pretty damn good from that angle dude, loving the hair!

I can relate, I've just started exercising again this week after a couple of months off, I managed to slip and fall on the stairs and screwed up my shoulder and knee, pretty much any exercise other than walking and swimming, was off limits.

And I can relate to THAT--literally, only I was off for two yrs--injuries for the first 10 mos, then Hubb got real sick and took care of him 24 hrs til passing in Nov.

Mate, I'm really sorry to hear that. One thing I've found over the years is that whilst exercise can be and usually is a good thing, sometimes you have to give yourself time off and not beat yourself up about it. You obviously had very good reasons to take a break. The good thing is that most of us can pick it up again when the time is right, and it might be a hard slog, but that's part of the fun, right?!

Can totally agree, as I've lapsed for whatever reason many times and got back into a while later, and I find it fun, actually, once I am back in to it. Just a bit difficult spending time on myself, now that I have the time as I can't shake thoughts of my Hubb, although I do find plenty of time for jerking off, heh. Just so used to spending my time taking care, it feels a little weird to be so 'selfy', ya know?
