Gym locker room experience

When I change at the gym I get naked in the locker room by my locker. There’s a guy that’s a bit younger than me that I notice out of the corner of my eye that watches me but doesn’t get naked himself. We often chat and have good conversations but I do wonder if he’s gay or just checking my progress. What do you guys think?

It might be that this guy isn't as comfortable within himself as you are, so by watching you get changed, he might see you setting an example for him. Might not be anything sexual about it at all. If he's a younger guy, it could just be that he's not yet reached your level of maturity. Maybe he never played any team sports growing up, so not used to getting changed and showered with other people around.
Unless him watching you makes you feel uncomfortable, I say let him watch and learn.

I have a similar situation to this but in reverse. I can't help looking at a guy out of the corner of my eye. He undresses and stands, often with a chubbed dick/semi, before heading to the showers. Think he knows I observe and seems to like putting on a bit of a show to an extent, but it's very hard to judge. Should I leave it? Thinking of moving to a totally different area of the locker room as the last thing I'd want to do is make him uncomfortable.

Years ago I was at the gym at like 1am and practically had the place to myself. When I finished my workout I headed to the locker room and when I walked in, there was a young dude completely naked, rock hard, flexing, and taking selfies in the big mirror. When I walked in I really scared the shit out of him lol. He really jumped and tried to play it off. I said "No dude your fine, just let me get out of the way." I passed him and went to my locker. Ik this post is rather old but I'd like to give my impressions, since I'm still a newcomer on this site and I want to... test around? Lol i don't know how to say. However, I think that boy was partly surprised by your nonchalance in getting nude, and partly kinda hooked by your body. If he's younget than you, maybe he was looking at you with some cool sexy thoughts, and was afraid of showing off his (possibile) boner. Ok, the fact that rn I'm sitting on the toilet stroking up and down my cock could affect my opinion a bit, but overall that's how I see it

Nah bruh, enjoy the show as far as it goes. Ok, maybe this phrase could look a bit silly, but if it looks like he's putting on a bit of a show, maybe he's ok with you observing him. Or maybe he straight up likes it, who knows. What I can suggest you is to be discrete, don't look at him in a too obvious way- but I'm sure you already know it

If you often chat and have good conversations, then why don't you ask him why he watches you and end your doubt? You can say, "It seems to me that you watch me when I'm changing. Is that so, and if so, why do you?" It's not that difficult to ask an in-person question but if you're intimidated to do so, then send him a text from across the room.
