Well considering we as Black People are constantly VICTIMS of institutionalized racism, yeah, we do have mentally process our victimization.
Yeah, I get it that the guy used the N word when talking with someone, and that people is pissed...but...I dont think that being rude or inconsiderate online is the same as being racist...also, I don't think that harass someone online for being rude or inconsiderate is acceptable either.

There is quantifiable evidence that black people are STILL negatively affected by racism in most situations. Maybe instead of calling out their justifiable discontent because of this, we could just call out racism when we see it to help them instead of turning a blind eye?
Again...being rude, inconsiderate and dumb online is not the same as being racist...yeah, I get your point of view, but you put too much value in how people behave online instead of how people behave in their real life...at the end of the day what really matter is how people interact with those that are part of their daily life. There is a lot o social warriors out there that waste time talking a lot of pretty things online, but when you look at the real person behind the profile, there is nothing...just a pile of shit.

Contrary to popular belief, his N word incident wasn't the cause of his inactivity. He's addressed it already on his Twitter last year, I think.
