Question for the guys who are really hairy.

Ever gotten shot down for it? I've never really had a problem with other guys, but some girls have not liked it. Recently actually I was gonna hook up with this girl. Made it back to her place but when I took my shirt off she lost interest, I was too hairy for her.

I like being a hairy guy, so I'm not gonna shave it. But wondering if this happens to other guys?

No, or at least not to my knowledge. In an open shirt or v-neck my chest hair is quite visible, and my arms are quite hairy too, so it’s never been a surprise to anyone later when getting naked that I’m pretty furry.

Closest is a couple of partners who’ve commented on the size of my bush, along the lines of ‘Wow - when did you last trim that?’ but it never stopped things progressing

As a nudist, keeping body hair is definitely against the trend. I'm not one to follow trends, and if people don't want anything to do with me because I remain hairy - as some do, it's their problem. Couldn't wait to get my hair growing up, so won't be removing it any time soon, and the pre-pubescent look isn't for me. But, yes I do sometimes get asked, "do you ever trim that?".

Yea I've also had girls tell me they liked it. Just have had a couple bad hook ups. I've mostly been lucky.

Fortunately for me, every time I've gotten naked with a woman she's already decided that she's having sex with me, so none have ever lost interest. I have hairy arms, legs, and chest, but not back hair. I've actually been complimented on my hairy, but not too hairy, chest as a woman has run her hands through it.

But.... I haven't dated for almost 20 years, and it seems to be a trend, at least in porn, that the guy's bodies tend to be fully shaved, as well as their cock and balls. Is this the trend in the real world as well?

I don't know if it's a question of generation but my wife who is older than me, in her early 40s, likes my body hair. Or at least was never bothered by it. When I wear open collars (shirts, polos, etc), she never said anything.

My younger sister hates it. She always invites me to shave. And I feel like a lot of girls in her 20s don't like either.
