I know people will always have an opinion about whether it’s talent or Tom’s connections that helped launch his career (though it requires an extreme amount of luck to have any sort of break out success as an actor), but it is a little serendipitous that he plays Prince Leopold, based on the the real life youngest son of Queen Victoria—Harrison actually casts a pretty striking resemblance to the prince, icy blue eyes, wavy mousy brown hair, so bonus points to the casting team for some historical accuracy. And, in an ever increasing world of diversity casting, Harrison’s probably pretty lucky he looks like a posh little prince, which might have given him a leg up for this role.

Reviews are in aaaaaand..... it’s not bad!
Combed though several reviews and the consensus seems to be that while it’s not ground breaking and suffers from some YA tropes, still it’s mostly fun and worth a watch—bonus points for strong production design and atmospherics.

Apparently the character Harrison plays is one of the more fleshed out of the gang... no specific callouts for his acting, though one reviewer called him a “James McAvoy in the making”, so that sounds like a fine compliment.

I just finished episode 3. The story is pretty good. But so far no eye candy.
The bathhouse scene was in no connection to Harrison unfortunately.

So, our boy has some (few) steamy (pg13) scenes; the one intimate scene where he’s in bed shirtless and making out pans away.

Acting-wise, he’s pretty good! He sells his character.

I was hopeful about this show as I wanted to support Harrison and see him succeed but I am 4 episodes in and struggling to keep interested also I fair that the majority of the casting choices won't appeal to the mass market but I guess this is the new "woke" world we are living in now.

So then ENLIGHTEN US. Tell us specifically what about the cast is too “woke” for you? It couldn’t possibly be because the leader of the group is a woman or Asian, right? After all, why would anyone have an issue with that? Do people like that really exist? Hmm?
