The Irregulars, yes. Following Sherlock Holmes' little gang of allied street urchins as they investigate the supernatural around Old London Town.
Harrison played posh boy Leopold, secretly the haemophiliac son of Queen Victoria who inadvertently gets caught up with the gang and falls in love with one of them.
The acting was perfectly serviceable. Nothing to win any Oscars, but respectable. Harrison did not embarrass himself. And of course he got his shirt off more than once. I imagine that must have been in the contract.

Yeah I'm surprised he didn't get cast in anything else after that. His acting isn't bad and he's a good looking guy. Shouldn't be hard for him to land some gigs
