Okay, I have to admit this is a much more well-thought-out stance than I usually expect. And I don't completely disagree, but at same time: I can see where the fear comes from? It is already an uphill battle to promote the idea that the nude body is inherently sexual, and doing so while being casual about erections is an extra layer of difficulty. Not to mention that the nudist community is already weary of men in general. Add the notion that many of those creators are going to be bombarded with unwanted sexual advances and I can see how the equilibrium they reach is editing out erections and anything that might be considered provocative.

That all said, yeah, if it is edited then it is not "raw", and that is plain dishonest.
