Help me find this scene from a vintage Asian film

The film's title is BUGIS STREET which came out in 1995. There's a particular scene I've seen in screencaps of a hot hunky asian played by Michael Lam getting undressed by someone and revealing is nice average dick. i can't seem to find the scene or full film anywhere though
