Help Me ID An Old Porn Movie

I had a gay porn back in late '90s/early '00s on VHS. It had a gold sticker on the tape and I have always believed the title to be something like 'In The Men's Room' or something similar. All of my searches online with anything close to that title come up with results that aren't correct. There's one scene that specifically sticks out: A nerdy guy with glasses and long(ish) blonde hair gets caught trying to sneak a peak at a guys dick at a urinal. The guy catches him and threatens to beat him up before a janitor with short black (or brown) hair comes in and stops the bully. The janitor and the nerdy guy then have sex. This is the only scene from the whole movie that I remember. At one point there's also a glory hole involved. I've been trying to find this for YEARS. Please help.
