My problem is almost immediately after gaining an erection hard enough for sex I ejaculate and go flaccid almost instantly.
I then go through the same procedure for it to happen again.

Do you have the same issue when you masturbate? If so see a medical doctor, a Urologist to see what may be wrong. If not, it may be nevers and psychological in nature. Again, talk to your doctor, and you may need to talk with a therapist that deals with sexual dysfunction.
