I have recently purchased some anti-turtling sleeves from zen-hanger and am having significant difficulty getting them on my penis. The website gives a video tutorial that shows placing it on your erect penis first (which seems odd since the diameter of my erect penis and my flaccid penis are considerably different) or you can cut the sleeve into sections that are easier to get on. This second option works...but I'm not sure if it is as effective.
