Sorry, but yes. Verification requires a photo of your penis and a handwritten sign with your username and LPSG written on it.
Verification is a holdover from the site origin. Verification incentivized members to upload photos of themselves. LPSG was never meant to be a porn sharing site, but one in which sexy members could talk, post, and upload photos of themselves.
