The courage it took to take those pictures in that day.
The fact the dared take the pictures, got them developed and saved them for over 100 years is amazing.
Love how they're pretending to shower because the water appears to be off. I'm assuming this is due to the long exposure times required for early photo processes.

And they probably assumed no one they would know would ever see them. It is not like they would have been widely distributed back then.
I am sure right up into the 1970's the models figured they could go on and live their lives and the odds of someone recognizing them would be slim to none.
