Hostelworld.com has a filter to find Male Only Dorms. Recommend using that to find male only dorms if you like being able to chill naked and that sort of thing. I think a lot of the Berlin hostels have lost open showers but if you go to most gyms in Berlin they will have open showers. The gym saunas are fully nude and often both men and women.

Yes. "InBed" is new hostel and has male only dorms (10-male dorm and 8-male dorm). Male showers with curtains. Cheaper compared Patchwork hostel, but Patchwork has better location in city center. (Inbed -2 stops by tram).
