I’m a analytical reliability specialist by profession and the SME, subject matter expert as it pertains to gas chromatography and mass spectrometry at a large chem complex.
For fun I create from scratch and experiment with ceramic glazes and fire them under different conditions.

I take time one day out of the year to contact the toll free numbers on food labels to give comments. I can't get over imagining on the other side of the line the undertone in their voice of "Wow, if this isn't the biggest loser in the World talking to me, then I just don't know who is". I could just as easily think, "Look who I'm talking to. I want to be a bran cereal opinion hotline operator when I grow up".
