Ha!Bet you thought it was another dick question, nope!:p

For the lady's with long hair, how many months did it take before you could tie it back in a ponytail?I've let my hair grow for 13 months from a 3/8 buzz cut.I'm thinking I have another 6 months to go before it will all be long enough. The back is already well below my shoulders,it's the front and sides that need to catch up.

I've been wearing a ponytail for as long as I can remember. I cut it shorter a few times, but I was still able to pull it back. Wore pigtails for a while.

Some people find that their hair grows really fast, and others not so much, so the time it would take would vary from person to person. Eating properly and being generally healthy could help hair growth a bit too.

Ok, I have more than 40 inches of hair.
I pay far too much attention to hair.
I can't recall a time since age 9 when I could not pull my hair back.

Ed, from what you describe, a topknot might hold it all together at once. Maybe not yet a bun.

Here's to weathering the all natural mullet! It's caused by hairline differences.

I've had long hair as long as I can remember... but my man recently grew/is growing his hair out so he can donate it. Took him about 5 months to go from bald to long enough for a hair-tie.

It's one of my favorite things in the world to do now after he showers... comb it out and tie it back for him. I'm gonna be sad when he wacks it all off :(
