I'd like a little more information about what's not working. I may not necessarily be able to solve your problem, but I might be able to offer some advice.

By the way, from what I've tried, it seemed possible to connect via a VPN through countries like the U.S., Germany, and Switzerland.

If you know how to use a computer, live outside the Netherlands, and the video you want to watch is publicly available, I think there’s a way.
