So Im 25, I live in a decent sized city but I literally have not had sex in like...so long. The reason is I literally do not know where you find not totally repulsive people. I am not necessarily closeted, but I am not out and proud either. I am one of those guys who you definitely think is straight til you find out they're gay, maybe that's my issue?

I have tried apps like Grindr and stuff but it is all just completely desperate (most of the time ugly), faceless, or just rude ass people. I am finally to the point of just wondering, how do gay people find other gay people to hook up with? All my friends are straight, I know like 0 gay people in my town but I go on Twitter and see all these gays in other cities talking about how much sex they have.

Can yall help me cause I am lost on where tf you all find each other lmao.

Don’t stress it too much when it comes to the Twitter gays. Oftentimes, Twitter porn gays either have that as their main source of income or as a fun side gig to make extra money, so naturally, they just end up having a lot of sex because they’re part of a network that most aren’t a part of. It’s not representative of most people is what I’m saying.

As for the other thing, Grindr and going out to a bar known for crushing or some place similar are your only options, really. When it comes to Grindr, set up your profile to let others know what your boundaries are. For example, “I’m just looking for some fun, but I’d like to talk first before exchange pictures.”

Basically, rule out the people you don’t want somehow through preferences and bio descriptions. Otherwise… go out LOL
