Both angles are effective. However, your top pic - low angle showing your cock and torso puts a bit more context in the composition. The shadows define your muscles well, but obscure the details enough to leave your dick in silhouette. You might shoot more at this angle, but add more light on your d. You could also try filters to brighten the shadows off of your junk.
