idk about this banning or legal action stuff but all i know is there's many nudes of celebs online from justin bieber (who is much more a prominent celebrity than Hrvy lol) to Dean Charles Chapmans full wank vid, to leaks from Tom Daley... to many others...
and no amount of banning or legal action has stopped them from still being available on many sites all over the internet right now... (even Freddie Woodward's are still over the net despite them being "banned" in many places)
so i find it a little hard to believe Hrvy - who is not exactly the most well known celeb out there - has the best legal team out of all these people and has completely erased all his nudes from the internet while Biebers etc are all over the place...
so either he has a better legal team than any other celeb... or most likely they never existed in the first place...

lots of people saw them when they were on this site. If you read through the early pages they’re spoken about (as it was on a separate HRVY page that was which down) - as they are in depth on the EC page.
