Hulk Hogan

Guys, is the Hulk Hogan sex tape still available online? Last I checked a judge said that Gawker could keep the footage online under the freedom of the press/information.

Still, regardless of your personal feelings about the wrestler, i find this horrifying. I mean, the precedent this sets or the message it sends is that we value freedom of press over a right to privacy?

shouldn't we all be scared? I mean, what this says is you can go have sex with someone and they can video it without your knowledge or consent and put it all over the internet without your consent or permission? with complete impunity? accountability or recourse? isn't this an invasion of civil liberties? i'm no lawyer but i don't understand how Gawker, a corporation should have more rights than an individual?

i could care less about Hulk's junk, but i do think this sets a scary precedent. am i wrong?

when Scarlet Johansen had her photos stolen, that guy goes to jail after being prosecuted by the FBI for breaking into a phone/email device. Bubba the Love Sponge who videoed Hulk doesnt break into his phone, but steals his privacy and is not culpable or accountable?

so when having "safe sex" one must not only wear condoms, but a mask too?

i think this has gone too far. please correct me if you think i'm wrong.

The last thing I want to watch is a 60 yo guy's sex tape...no matter who he is. The whole story overall is just gross and depressing
