So the one I watched wasn't one I really understood so I copied his movements, he did curls, I did curls, he did dumbbells in the air, I tried dumbbells in the air and now my shoulder hurts in one localized spot really bad.
I'm going to fix my shoulder over the next few days and I need a different series of videos to try.
Does anyone have a favorite trainer that focuses on form? Pretty sure my form is shit and I don't know what I'm doing.
