Ig: pilotpatrick

I hope he is ok. His face is strained and his eyes are lined.

He seems strained since his days as a pilot for Lufthansa and before he moved out of his Berlin Mitte flat to live with his boyfriend.

He’s done a lot for the IG influencer gay pilot and “my aviator” community.
He was never a Lufthansa pilot. He flew corporate jets and then briefly worked for DHL until his employment was abruptly ended. My inside source said he was put onto involuntary leave, which means fired in Germany. But no one really knows, other than he's clearly no longer working as a pilot (for now).

is it in his book?
To be totally honest I got but could barely get thru it I thought there was a chapter about his time there though. I could me mistaken. I know there was a portion talking about the difficulties of being gay and in that role

If he had no chapter about Lufthansa, it is because his best knowledge of LH is that of a passenger. Good that his ghostwriter was aware of this part of passengerpatrick’s bio

I know being gay is hard in any industry, I also know few other pilots openly gays and they are still working normally for airlines, and let’s be honest, almost every cabine crew is gay and they work together in the same planes, so maybe the patent is holding up the gays as he says to become successful pilots! I don’t understand much it tbh.

It’s not hard to be gay as a pilot that’s a joke

ur literally in a cockpit with 1 other person talking to no one but an air traffic controller hired by another company. U don’t have office politics or anything that u need to deal with. U just have to drive the plane. It isn’t a social job.

Sorry thats some bullshit. I work in aviation industry and nowhere else will you find more acceptance for gays than there. I also know a lot of gay pilots in my company and I can guarantee you, you dont get fired for being gay. If he got fired that basically means he must have done something wrong or acted against compnay policies (like didnt show up for work). Maybe he is just not the amazing pilot he tries to make us believe.
