I'm posting this from my iPod! I'm at edmouse's apartment in SoHo. I have to say, SoHo is one of my favorite sections of the city. I'm not used to texting much so I have to keep it short.

How do you get better at this? Any one else have one of these iPods? How do you like it?

Is the SoHo in London also "South of Houston"?

As far as the Ipod Touch goes. From what I understand it is the
I-Phone without the Phone feature.

Landminespring28 has one but he's on vacation and won't be back until Sunday night. I think Kinkymanca has one too. You should ask him next time you are in chat.

I've got one, and I'm rather addicted. In fact, I rarely leave it anywhere but in my jacket pocket. Helps on the bus or at work. But the only thing I don't like about it is that sometimes, I find the WiFi can be a little temperamental.

would not have an ipod, thay ar awfull, usless things. mp3/4 players are much better. i know i have them.

I really don't understand where that statement comes from... I've never had a problem with an iPod, ever. Nor have I ever needed to play something that wasn't easily accepted by my iPod... Nor have I ever found something as easy to use as iTunes.

I dislike Macs and would never leave my PC, but, I think the iPod is absolutely fantastic. Every other digital music player I've ever had was horrible; either in capacity or UI or price or something else.

As far as I know, the area is simply called 'Soho', though I'm not a Southerner so others may know more.

I believe it dates back the the early 17th Century. The area used to have good rabbit and hare hunting, and SOHO is (or was) an old hunting call. It's been used a place name for almost 400 years.

I hate Ipods too. I have, or should I say had, since it is now a paperweight, a 60 gig video Ipod.

Well, I have an 8 Gig iPod Touch that I've had since they came out, and it's never had a single problem. Before that, I had a 1st-Gen iPod Nano that worked for about two years before I dropped it into a pint of Stella... but either way, I love this iPod.

I've got the iPhone and the iTouch is basically the exact same thing as the iPhone, sans the Phone and EDGE data and Camera. It took me a little while to get used to the keyboard, as I was used to my Blackberry Pearl. But once it learns your "style" of typing and some of the words you frequently use it is very easy to type with. You should jailbreak it (NOT carrier unlock) and install some cool apps on it. There is an AWESOME piano application, and since it can register more than one finger at a time it's really like playing a small keyboard.
