I did see a nice improvement with the "phalosan", It's an extender that use suction bell to pull on the head and pump it at the same time.

But it may be too pricy just for a head pump... unless you want to lenghten you dick in the process.

I think pumping your entire cock would also increase your cock head size. I'd rather do that than target one area (cock head) and ignore the shaft. Of course if you are very happy with your shaft size but not your cock head size then it would make sense to target that one area.
