Increasing girth?

I’m 5.3 Mid shaft, around 4.8 at base (which I’m really insecure about), I want to maximize girth and try to get to around 6 inches mid shaft.

I’m 18 and not fully finished developing physically as I’ve noticed by bone pressed length is still increasing, as it was 7.5 only 6 months ago and now it’s 8.

From my lurking on looksmaxx.org I’ve heard Bathmate is the best pump but I just wanted to know from the experts if this is true and if not what would be the best pump.

I’m also intrigued on clamping. Overall I just want to maximise it without wasting time or money since I’m a bit of a perfectionist with a pinch of OCD.

You definitely want to be patient -- too much too quickly will make for ugly times post-pump. How much have you read up on pumping?
 
I personally recommend starting with an air pump. Water is heavier than air and the bathmates dont have a pressure gauge from the last time i used one (12 years ago to be fair) so for a beginner you can go to hard to quickly. i love my leluv pump but depending on your price point iv heard that LA pumps are amazing. But you can get away with buying a cheap pump off amazon with an attached gauge. I would start with 3 sets of 5 minutes 3 to 5 times a week. pumping up to 3ingh and working up to 5 or 6inhg for the first month or so. And then adding sets or pressure depending on how your expanding. 4 to 8% of expansion of your natural state of girth is the usual targets after a session.

Clamping i dont ever recommend for someone just starting out but the standard is usually around 5 minutes clamped 2 to 3 times a week. And SLOWLY working up from that by adding extra sets during your clamp days.

Girth is notoriously difficult for some but the simple rule is your will see growth with time under pressure, penis enlargement is a marathon not a sprint so in a couple of months you dont really see any improvement dont get discouraged, by then your penis should be conditioned enough to start adding extra pressure from pumping or adding clamping to your routine.

It shouldnt ever hurt, if you feel pain stop the set and give your dick a break for a few minutes. if you feel your need to stop for the day then so be it. And dont fall for fancy devices that cost too much money. The only thing you can add for girth that iv seen actually help is heat, I use an IR heating pad but youll be fine with just a warm wet washcloth to wrap around your penis before a session and after.
