I joined the site today looking for some inspiration for my novels. Are there any realistic stories or videos out there to inspire me? I understand this is the LPSG and you get what you get on this site. Erotic novels tend to lust after larger men and romantic erotic encounters.

Most of the stories seem to be written by men and the videos are a little "shocking" and obviously posted by men.

Yeah..... Uh, when I read things that have romance or full on smut, I'm not reading it to fantasize about some 20" dick. I don't offhand know any actual women on here or otherwise who do. I'm sure some exist, I just have literally never encountered one. It's men who do that. Not all men, but the ones with that kind of fantasy have always been male in my experience. So its pretty fair to say I will not find much inspiration here since its mostly lead by men who really don't seem to know what a woman really wants. She a BD is great but there is much much more to a woman.

I can tell you authors who I read...

For this first author, I stopped reading part way through both series, because the quality of the writing dropped and they pretty much just became about the smut. Laurell K Hamilton's Anita Blake and Meredith Gentry series. Both started with promise, but in the longer term got pretty fucking meh.

Rachel Morgan's Hollow's series I have enjoyed all of it that I have read. Jacqueline Carey's Kushiel's Dart series is one I adore. Other authors I enjoy don't tend to have much in the way of smut in their books, and that's quite alright. Their story telling is fabulous. I don't miss smut at all.
