Instagram question.

Has anyone noticed that story saver apps now makes you log off from your Instagram when you download story's. Every time i open a story saver app then i have to sign in to Instagram again. Have they changed policy for using them. I can't find information.

Having another problem with Chrome logging out of Instagram in the browser when the page starts to load. Tried clearing cookies and doing a full reset of the Chromebook but the error persists. However, can log in with the same user on the phone with the same Chrome version. It works in inkognito mode. How to fix in normal mode?
