Last Sunday at gym, I get there before my bud does. Set row counter at 10,000 meters and row to 0, better for the mind to go down than up. He shows up when I'm at 5800 meters and sets his counter at 5000. Great I'm 800 behind from the git go. All of a sudden the story tortoise and the hare comes in my head. I close the deficit at 1300 meters each. I finish a full minute before him. My ass and legs were sore, next day my body felt great
