Is 7x1.75 small?

Hope this is the right place, sorry don't have any pics yet. Personally I think I'm small, what says the hive? I'm 7" long and 1.75" across. Should I be embarrassed? Lately I've had a real issue with beating myself up over this...

I think part of my problem is weight. I've lost over 60lbs so far but still have another 30lbs to go. I'd guess to say I've got 1.5" worth of fat at the base if I'm standing up.
