Interesting question. I would say whether a cock ring is cheating depends on the context. In a "contest" setting as you mention then I can see how it would make sense that erect cocks are compared apples to apples (or banana to banana). A cock ring would mess with that so, yes, I could see in that context wearing one is cheating. In the broader context of sex and great fucking however (and having fun) I wouldn't regard a cock ring as cheating at all. Whatever makes you bigger and better, go for it. One caveat - and I wouldn't necessarily characterize this as cheating - would be if one became dependent on the cock ring for one's sexual encounters and in a circumstance where the cock ring wasn't available (lost? broken?) the user might be seen to underperform relative to when he was wearing the ring. I can't see this being an issue in a long term relationship but maybe in the early stages of a new relationship, in some cases, one may have built one's early reputation for hardness/length etc. with the ring and when it's not there suddenly the fist impression, you know, drops a little...

I agree with TODave. In a truly scientific "contest," it would skew the results unfairly. But, in terms of length, I don't think it makes much, if any, difference - the gain is primarily girth because blood is trapped and erections become harder than they'd ever be without a ring. I think they also enhance the sensations - at least for the first 15 or 20 minutes, when the lack of blood supply tends to de-sensitize nerves. But even after that happens, staying rock-hard can last for quite a long time! And this is something your receiving partner can really love! For what it's worth, I prefer a ring around the base of my cock only - but many wear them around cock and balls. Your mileage may vary!

When comparing cock sizes, wearing a cock ring is cheating just like athletes taking hormones. When it comes to sex wearing a cock ring might be the only way to maintain an erection if a man has venous leakage.

Yes, good add about increasing duration of erection, I forgot that. Not something I would say relates to cheating, unless I suppose its a “duration of erection” contest!
