Has anyone reported him for this? Their terms of service State that by buying any content you’re entering a contract with the creator and they have I think 30 days to deliver said content if they don’t deliver the first time. They can control when and how you view the content but they have to deliver what their caption clearly states and onlyfans told me that they lead the investigation just if it gets to the point of litigation then they step out and let the two parties continue with their attorneys but I mean if his caption clearly and explicitly states that he will show his hole or his full uncensored cock then he legally has to deliver that. Granted he has the money and resources to fight you with possibly the best attorneys but they likely wouldn’t take his case and they would want to settle out of court anyway to avoid spectacle. One time and he would be done right or has anyone experienced difficulties working with onlyfans on these issues? Like noncompliance

Yes but OF doesn't do anything about it, they'd rather line their pockets with money. It's also in their TOS that they don't have to give refunds, so they just chose to ignore us reporting him and suspend anyone that does a chargeback until you pay back the chargeback. I sure as hell won't ever pay it back. If you go through a lot of threads on LPSG, this is a trend with "models". Did he say anything else? You could probably get your money back. After all, he himself admitted that the video wasn't what he made it out to be. A well-written, well-argued message to Onlyfans will most likely get you your $69 back. You should at least try.
