Yeah but in Hollywood it's not about the money, it's more important to have those connections. Jack's a nepo baby, he got his foot in the door because of his uncle. You can argue that it turned out that Jack is a decent actor and deserves the roles he's getting, but he wouldn't be there in the first place without his uncle.
Jack is definitely a Nepo baby whether he grew up super rich or not. He's a good actor though. It is what it is.

2) is that connection relevant to your current job? Do you work in entertainment or with Disney? If not, its not that useful of an example. Jack's family connection is directly tied to his line of work.
Jack is talented, but it is a little delusional to suggest his being related to the extremely powerful Brian Grazer has had nothing to do with his career success. No matter what happens he is set for life.
