Well Jake left Colorado and moved back to Arizona again. Jake is still somewhat hot but he's one of the most unstable people I've ever come across. He moves from state to state non stop every 6 to 8 months, buys random dogs he never holds onto, and has a new girlfriend every other year.
But it just goes with what I've always said, that just because a guy is hot doesn't mean he has street smarts, good morals and values, has good business sense and common sense, or treat's people right.

Jake seems to live a very unstable out of balance life. Which is probably one of the reasons as to why he can't sit still by being stable and stay in one place for a long time. It also seems that every time things don't work out for him he runs back to Arizona.
As far as his "friends" are concerned, if you notice he never hangs around the same group of people for very long before they all disappear. Probably because he keeps moving and his so-called friends are only friends with him because of his looks and his social media name / status. Jake obviously has enough in the bank to pay his bills but it's about time for him to grow up and start acting like a 30-year-old.

That's true. Plus instead of renting he's always buying random houses and spends thousands of dollars to remodel them, only to move away a few months later. It's all a crazy Whirlpool system he's got himself in. It might be a toxic environment he's always around that keeps him in the mess.
But Jake just needs to find a stable person in his life who's mentally balanced and can help him grow up, become more responsible, grounded, with structure and stability. There are people out there like that but when you keep running you're never going to find them.

Yea at first I thought that too, but if that were really the case then he would say that out loud and talk about it. Advertise and promote it as well.
Plus earlier in the week he said he's going through personal problems again he didn't want to talk about and that's why he has to move. But he always says that every time he moves. But no matter what he still needs stable people in his life to help mentor him for change and growth. As we all do.
