It's been awhile since I've paid any attention to Jake's platform and content of hot guys. I kinda fell off the wagon with him some years ago when he took over Luke Wards Instagram page, making it his own. I'm sure many already know the story but supposedly Jake bought it from Luke for a price, according to Jake.
I know many people on this thread only praise, protect, and like Jake only because of the hot guys that he gathers up to photograph. If it had been anybody else showcasing those guys, Jake wouldn't matter one bit to anyone as people would have been praising whatever other guy.
But I still shake my head at the fact that Jake didn't spend the time building that platform as Luke Ward spent years building up his own social media platform on Instagram and when Jake took it over as "his own", he also took Luke's own glory he built up for himself. Erased all of Luke's content, and replaced it with his own work. I think I might ask The Rock if I can take over his Instagram, erase all of his content and replace it with my own. Therefore making it appear that almost 400 million followers are into me.

This is such a strange thing to feel a way about...if Luke agreed to give Jake his page who cares lol
It's not a strange way to feel. The point is, it was just plain tacky. Instead of Jake being patient and putting in the work to build up his own platform over time, he took all of the credit and followers that Luke built up for himself only, and placed his name on it.
It's like being in college and asking the really smart guy to put your name on all of his work and reports that he's done for the past 5 years. Then all of the professors give you all the top scores, credit, and degrees believing you're the one who actually put in the time and effort to earn those achievements. In both situations it may have been agreed upon by both parties but it's still deceptive. Don't take credit or money for someone else's achievements. Do your own work
