This is what i do in Safari. Chrome won't be exactly the same, but similar.

Right click on blank space
Select Inspect
Click the Network tab
Reload the page (sometimes, you have to press play a few seconds of the video to get past any ads)
Filter on “m3u8” (should find index.m3u8 or master.m3u8)
If there are no “m3u8” files, filter on “mp4”. There may be multiple mp4 files, so finding the right one requires trial-and-error.
Open the link in another browser window or tab. If you found the right one, the video will play.
Copy its link
Use VLC (Files > Open Network) to download. Encapsulation Method = MPEG 4.
