The facebook posts done by Clark makes it seem like they are back together.

The Facebook page is just all of Clark's old tiktoks from when he was with Jake being re posted, they are just being posted randomly and not in order of when they were taken and posted to his tiktok.
Clark's instagram has links to every app and site that he runs and Facebook isn't one of them, so I would say it's not even his page, just a fan of his who is just posting old stuff because clark isn't posting anything pg enough or anything at all really anymore that could be taken and posted on facebook.
Clark and Jake are no longer a couple as far as Jake is concerned, I haven’t read any comments from Clark about it, BUT at least there doesn’t seem to be any animosity between them. They did live together, so there must’ve been a much closer relationship than just dating each other. My guess is that being in porn and having sex with other guys while you’re a couple who live together isn’t easy. Even if it’s an open relationship there’s bound to be feelings of jealousy or being ignored. All you have to do is watch the 3-way they did when they were still a couple with Joey Stoley: it was obvious that there was a spark between Jake and Joey, and that Clark was the third wheel. You can just picture the discussion later on that day when Clark said to Jake: “You really like him, don’t you?!”.
